The rugged, versatile SportHunter Series excels in all environments for trainers and is especially suited to upland and multi-dog hunting situations with communication versatility. With the comfortable "soft coat" transmitter finish, these units are a pleasure to use. Both the handheld remote transmitter and lightweight collar receiver are completely waterproof and submersible up to 25 feet. The lightweight collar receiver features a slim-profile and contoured shape that ensures a comfortable fit on the dog's neck. No matter what style of training you prefer, this system can provide it.
The SD-1225X can be expanded to control up to 3 dogs by adding SportDOG SDR-AX Add-A-Dog Collar Receivers that have at least a 3/4 mile range capabiliy. The comfortable "soft coat" transmitter finish makes this unit a pleasure to handle. This is dog training gear the way you would design it.
You can customize your SportDOG SportHunter SD-1225X to match your training preferences. This static/stimulation collar allows you to communicate with your dog using tone, vibration, or one of the 21 levels of static stimulation. The low continuous stimulation levels and gradual increases between levels on the SportHunter 1225X are particularly useful with sensitive dogs or breeds.
