Wash the dog's neck area and the contact points of the collar weekly with a damp cloth. If the hair is too long at the dog's neck, it may cause the receiver not to be able to fully contact the skin.

When your dog wears this collar, please observe whether its behavior has obvious rejection or impatience. If yes, your dog may try to remove this collar and this may cause a skin injury. In this case, pleaase take off the collar in time. Please use vibration or tone mode first. Shock mode is only recommended in emergency situation and not advised as a form of positive behavior training.

Note: If the collar is too tight, it's easy to cause skin damage; if the collar is too loose, the receiver is unable to work. By placing the receiver toward the side of the dog's neck, rather than centered over the trachea you take advantage of having a more muscled, flat surface area to keep the collar in place. It is also advisable to position the collar toward the upper 1/3 of the neck, rather than farther down toward the chest. The training collar is not a regular traction collar. Do not connect a leash directly to the training collar. Doing so during pulling may hurt the dog due to protruding the contact points. (No service on Weekend and public holidays).
